USB Prototype Boards

Analog I/O Modules

The initial prototype board was designed to interface the low cost Daq Modules from Measurement Computing (USB-1208FS,USB-1208LS, USB-1408FS, USB-1608FS). Using the supplied adapter, the module plugs directly into the prototype board to connect with your circuitry. The same module can be used with different prototype circuits to minimize development costs and time. The kit consists of the following:
  • Prototype Development Board (6" x 5" with module adapter interface connectors and layout diagram).
  • Heat Sink Plate (0.25" thick black anodized aluminum with 4 power transistor mounting holes).
  • Panel Mounting Bracket (0.25" thick black anodized auminum).
  • Module Interface Adapter.
  • General Purpose Demonstration Software written in Visual Basic or Visual Basic Express that provides both operational software for the modules and a framework for user customization.
 
 
Similar prototype boards are in development for MCC's USB-1208HS, USB-1208HS-2AO, USB-1208HS-4AO, USB-1608HS and USB-1608HS-2AO High Speed line of Daq Modules.

High Accuracy Data Acquisition Systems

Consultronix has designed a prototyping board for the Measurement Computing USB-2523, USB-2527, USB-2533 and USB-2537 Data Acquisition Boards and the IOTech DaqBoard/3005USB, DaqBoard/3001USB, DaqBoard/3035USB and DaqBoard/3031USB boards.
  • Prototype Development Board (6 x 6 inches (same footprint as the control module)
  • Direct plug-in mating to USB Control Module- no interconnecting cables required
  • Plenty of room for your prototype application.
  • Connectors provided for direct plug-in interface to control module and Power Supply cable.

Digital I/O Prototyping

Utilizing direct plug-in design, your digital application can be assembled and plugged into the MCC USB-DIO96H/50 96 line high current digital I/O device to be controlled via USB on your laptop or desktop computer.
  • Prototype Development Board - (12 x 4.8 inches) matches the footprint of the USB-DIO96/H Digital I/O Module.
  • Direct plug-in mating to USB Control Module - no interconnecting cables.
  • Plenty of room for your prototype application.
  • Connectors provided for direct plug-in interface to control module and Power Supply cable.
